Questions to think about before you email Ashley.
1. Have you changed the battery? Have to ask, sorry :)
2. What is the pedal doing that is wrong? Why do you think it is broken? (knob not turning, switches not working.... details please)
3. All your contact info: Name, shipping address, email address, telephone number, how you would like to make payment for shipping and handling.
5. How did the pedal break? What was happening at the time, if you know? Do you think you preformed "User Abuse" (check the T/F quiz at the bottom of the page if you are unsure)
6. Do you have a gig or show that you need the pedal back in time for or you are moving and need it before you leave for Antarctica? If so, make sure to let Ashley know and she will try her best to get it done in time for you. Remember she will try her best, no guarantees.
7. How long will it take to get my pedal back? It takes about a month, from when we receive it to repair the
pedal, test and get it back out to you. But sometimes it is faster :)

8. How will my pedal be shipped to me? We will ship it USPS Priority mail. If you need/prefer to have your pedal shipped in a different manner please tell us, we can most likely work with you.
